How to Lose Fat
Everyone wants to be physically fit but due to some bad daily schedule that everyone includes in their life, which is an invitation to a most common problem called FAT.
We try so many things to remove this fat but the major problem is we don’t able to reduce this fat from our body easily, which is quite embarrassing almost every-time.
We all know that Fat is a major cause of various complex problems and it also decreases the self-confidence.
So, now the question is How to lose FAT?
Here, I am going to tell you some very simple home remedies to remove the fat from the body and these Home Remedies really work but you have to change some of your bad daily schedule.
1. Include Vitamin C in your daily Schedule
Vitamin C is a good source to remove excessive weight, so take mixture of lemon juice and honey with water early in the morning when stomach is empty.
2. Black Salt (Kala Namak)
Take 1/4 tablespoon of rock salt with warm water early in the morning when stomach is empty.
3. Asafoetida (Hing)
Take a very little quantity of Asafoetida with water early in the morning when stomach is empty.
4. Water Melon
For instant result say no to your regular Dinner and use water melon as your Dinner. It will definitely work.
5. Quantity of Water
This is a very basic but very effective way to reduce fat from body
Excessive Water for removing fat
Drink at least 4-5 litres of water everyday
How and when to drink
Drink water 1 hour before your meal
Drink water after 2 hours of your meal
Try to drink warm water as much as possible
6. Aloe vera
7. Triphala Churna
8. Avoid Sugar
If you are having sugar in your daily life then you are inviting fat. So, avoid sugar if you want to remove fat from your body.
9. Morning/Evening Walk
Morning/Evening walk should be included in your daily schedule.
Eat fresh green vegetables and fruits because they are high fibre.
11. Junk Food
Strictly say no to Junk Food.
12. Good Sleep
Take a good sleep of 8 hours everyday at regular time and avoid late night sleep.
13. Green Tea
Include green tea in your daily routine because it contains large amount of nutrients and antioxidants.
Say no to Alcohol because it have a large amount of fat content.
